§ 82-5. Enforcement; violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any regulation adopted by the Traffic Commission or any ordinance adopted by the Board of Supervisors relating to vehicular traffic shall pay a fine in the amount set forth below, plus any necessary cost of prosecution.

A.
When the regulation or ordinance violated is one for which there is a specific penalty provided in the Vehicle Code, Act of June 17, 1976, P.L. 162, Act No. 81, as amended, or any later Act of Assembly which supersedes said act, the fine shall be as set forth in the Act.

B.
When the regulation or ordinance violated is designated a parking regulation, the fine shall be as established from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
