§ 222-4.2. Application procedures.

    Who may execute applications: Permit applications shall be submitted in the name of and executed by the owner of property.
    B. 
    Where to submit application: Permit applications shall be submitted to the Township on any legal business day during normal business hours.
    C. 
    When to submit applications: Permit applications for streets, curbs and sidewalks, driveways or drainage facilities shall be submitted prior to the commencement of any construction. Permit applications for driveways should be submitted prior to the commencement of construction of any building which the proposed driveway will serve to assure that the driveway can be constructed in accordance with this chapter.
    D. 
    Review procedures: A permit shall be issued to the applicant by the Township Board of Supervisors or their designee after all permit requirements have been completed. If the application is disapproved, written notice of disapproval together with the reasons therefor shall be given to the applicant.
    E. 
    Streets and driveways submitted as part of subdivision or land development plan. All plans for streets, driveways (other than minimum-use) or drainage facilities filed with the Township as part of a subdivision or land development shall follow the plan processing procedures set forth in Article 4 of the Subdivision and Land Development ordinance.
