§ 265-1.4. Statutory authority.

This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority granted by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (Act of 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247), as reenacted and amended. In the event of future PA MPC amendments which may conflict with this chapter, the provisions of the PA MPC shall apply unless specifically noted otherwise in the enacting legislation.
