§ 82-2. Definitions.

All words used in this chapter which are defined by the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, Act of June 17, 1976, P.L. 162, as the same has and may hereafter be amended, shall have the meaning and be defined in accordance with the definitions contained in said Vehicle Code.
